2016 Legislative Drafting Students

Our students spent the summer working on the inaugural project of the LDICP. Through their extensive research, massive databases of information on state statutes regarding the abuse of children ave been created and will be posted here as their work is finalized.

Here are our Summer 2016 Legislative Drafting students with SULC Chancellor John K. Pierre and Professor Ruby Andrew.

Legislative Drafting Institute for Child Protection

The Legislative Drafting Institute for Child Protection (LDICP) was established to respond to the need for clearer, better researched, and more easily implementable laws in the area of child protection. Our aim is to create highly specific legislation for organized grassroots groups seeking to accomplish a child-protective objective.
